At Janet by Florida, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request, subject to the terms mentioned below.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit your cancellation request within 6 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests should be sent to our customer support team by email within the permitted cancellation period.

Please include the following details in your cancellation request:

• Last Name
• Order Number
• Registered Email Address
• Contact Number

The information provided should match the details submitted while placing the order. Your contact number will help our team reach you in case any additional information is required.

Cancellation After Order Processing

We will make every effort to process your cancellation request. However, once your order has entered the processing, packing, customization, or dispatch stage, cancellation may not always be possible.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully accepted before the order is dispatched, the amount paid will be refunded through the same payment method used while placing the order.

The refund may take a few business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider.

If a valid cancellation request was received within the applicable cancellation period but the order was dispatched afterward, the eligible amount will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation and refund procedures.

If the cancellation request is received only after the order has already been shipped, shipping or handling charges, wherever applicable, may be deducted from the refundable amount.
